Abstract

This study seeks to investigate the impact of school administrative affairs, school planning, financial support, and consultations on students' readiness for the workforce in public schools in the Asir region, as perceived by school principals. In order to accomplish the study goals, the researcher employed a descriptive design and quantitative technique, relying on the questionnaire as the primary tool for gathering study data. The study was conducted on a sample of 196 school principals in public schools in the Asir region, who were selected by a random sampling method. The findings of this study indicated that the management of school affairs, strategic planning for the school, allocation of financial resources to the school, provision of advisory services to the school, and students' readiness for the professional world were at a reasonable level. Furthermore, the findings indicated that the collaborations between schools and society had a discernible influence on students' readiness for the professional environment at public schools located in the Asir region.
