Abstract

Teamwork is at the heart of great healthcare, yet achieving true synergy among healthcare teams can be challenging. Adaptive workflows—flexible processes that adjust to changing demands—offer a way to improve collaboration, efficiency, and patient outcomes. This paper explores how Saudi Arabia’s healthcare system can optimize team dynamics by fostering better communication, integrating new technologies, and creating responsive workflows. As the Kingdom pursues its Vision 2030 goals, focusing on teamwork and innovation can help build a healthcare system that meets the highest standards of care.
