This study highlights the effectiveness of combining various tanning methods such as Digital training and simulation
in improving the quality of health service, through evaluating the impact of digital training and simulation on the
quality of health service. A descriptive survey design was adopts. A sample of (278) respondents, of Children’s
hospital staff in Taif city were selected by simple random sampling, estimated using the Geiger equation. Structural
Equation Modeling (SEM) using the AMOS program (Analysis of Moment Structural) show that Simulation-based
training and Digital training, both has positive and significant effects on the quality of health service.
