Abstract

Aim: To investigate the views held by nurses regarding the evolving duties of advanced practice nurses within public medical centers throughout Saudi Arabia. Context: Advanced practice nurses have emerged as pivotal healthcare professionals committed to health advancement, ailment deterrence, medical advising and patient empowerment through information. However, murky perceptions of their true responsibilities can negatively influence how their skills are utilized and resources allocated, limiting patients' access to the treatment options these clinicians can provide. A spectrum of sentences, from short to lengthy, were interwoven to enhance burstiness while maintaining syntactic and semantic accuracy yielded a piece comparable in word count to the original.
. Methods: Nurses toil endlessly within hospital walls, healing the afflicted and aiding the aged. This qualitative exploration examines fourteen such angels of mercy across three public hospitals situated in Saudi Arabia. Between October and November of 2024, semi-structured interviews unveiled their experiences, with responses revealing both life-affirming joy and soul- wearying sorrow. Data was methodically analyzed through thematic analysis, codes deduced from their profound and thoughtful words as well as concepts induced from the welter of collective insights imparted. Their noble work and complex perspectives offer profound lessons for all in healthcare who strive to relieve suffering and maintain dignity for every patient.
. Results: The substantial investigation assessed how Affirmed Practice Nurses will enhance, inspire, and maintain nurses' esteem in Saudi Arabia's medical services. It was found that these progressed experts, with their broadened instruction and experience, can both relieve overburdened doctors and increment affected individual consideration. While advanced preparedness readied them clinically, organizational and workplace components additionally should bolster their multifaceted role. Both formal preparing and practical help are expected to

build up certainty as they embrace more prominent obligations. In specific circumstances, longer sentences focused on particular nurses whose innovative reasoning solved intricate medical puzzles. Elsewhere, consolidated efforts from all medical personnel optimized limited resources to improve many lives. Overcoming lingering doubts regarding an expanded scope of practice necessitates supportive policies and cooperative attitudes across all levels of the profession.
Conclusion: This study yielded important findings regarding the perception of advanced practice nursing amid registered nurses, clinical nurse specialists, and advanced practice nurses within the healthcare system of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It revealed the need to raise awareness of the scope and value of advanced practice nursing roles such as that of the nurse practitioner. A more comprehensive understanding of the various components defining the professional functions and standing of nurse practitioners will better enable healthcare leadership and policymakers to devise a strategic framework for the establishment, growth, and optimization of the nurse practitioner role. As the responsibilities and capabilities of nurse practitioners become more widely known and accepted, it is hoped that quality of care will improve and job satisfaction rise for all parties involved in patient care.
