Abstract

The integration of digital tools in healthcare has revolutionized the dynamics of interprofessional collaboration, breaking down traditional barriers and enhancing communication among diverse healthcare professionals. This paper explores how technological advancements, including telemedicine platforms, electronic health records (EHRs), artificial intelligence (AI), and collaborative software, have streamlined workflow, improved patient care outcomes, and facilitated efficient teamwork among nursing, radiology, physiotherapy, prosthetics, and dental practitioners. Through a comprehensive review of current literature and case studies, this study highlights the benefits and challenges associated with digital healthcare tools. The findings emphasize the critical role of technology in fostering a cohesive healthcare ecosystem and provide actionable insights for further adoption and integration across multiple disciplines.
