Abstract

Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 sets a bold agenda for modernizing its healthcare system by building a highly skilled and adaptable workforce. To achieve this vision, the Kingdom must blend global best practices with locally tailored solutions that address its unique cultural, economic, and demographic realities. This paper examines the critical need to align international standards with localized healthcare training, identifies the challenges involved, and proposes actionable strategies for effective implementation. By prioritizing this approach, Saudi Arabia can ensure a resilient and sustainable healthcare workforce ready to meet current and future demands.
