Teamwork is a fundamental element of effective healthcare delivery, particularly in the collaboration between nurses and health assistants. This research explores the dynamics of this partnership, highlighting its critical role in improving patient outcomes. By examining theoretical frameworks, role responsibilities, and the impact of interprofessional collaboration, the study identifies key benefits such as enhanced patient safety, satisfaction, and recovery rates.
