Integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies into healthcare training programs is pivotal to creating a workforce capable of navigating modern medical complexities. This paper explores the transformative potential of AI-powered tools and innovative technologies in reshaping healthcare education in Saudi Arabia. It also delves into challenges, such as infrastructure gaps and resistance to change, and offers actionable strategies to foster a technologically adept workforce. By embracing innovation and ensuring equitable access, Saudi Arabia can redefine healthcare training and prepare its professionals for future challenges.
