Abstract

Delivering effective patient care in modern healthcare systems often requires seamless collaboration among interdisciplinary teams. As Saudi Arabia undergoes significant healthcare transformation under Vision 2030, interdisciplinary training is emerging as a key strategy for improving outcomes and building a resilient workforce. This paper highlights the critical role of interdisciplinary collaboration, evaluates current training practices, and proposes tailored strategies for Saudi Arabia’s unique context. By emphasizing teamwork, communication, and shared decision-making, these training models aim to elevate the standard of patient care across the Kingdom.
