Abstract

Effective integration among doctors, nurses, and laboratory technicians is essential for ensuring accurate diagnoses and timely treatments in healthcare systems. This study explores the impact of teamwork on improving diagnostic accuracy and accelerating treatment processes. By analyzing existing literature and case studies, the research highlights the critical roles of each professional group and the benefits of collaborative practices. Findings indicate that teamwork enhances communication, minimizes errors, and improves patient outcomes. However, challenges such as role ambiguity and hierarchical barriers persist, requiring structured interventions. This study concludes by emphasizing the importance of fostering a culture of collaboration through continuous training, clear communication protocols, and leveraging advanced technologies to optimize healthcare delivery.
