Abstract

Healthcare delivery systems are increasingly complex, requiring collaboration among multiple disciplines to ensure optimal patient care. This study explores the synergy of key roles within healthcare, including health administration, health assistance, dental care, epidemiology, public health, and laboratory services. We examine how integrated approaches can improve service delivery, efficiency, and patient outcomes. By analyzing the interactions and collaborative potential of these sectors, the paper identifies key strategies for enhancing healthcare systems and provides recommendations for policy implementation. The results emphasize that multidisciplinary collaboration is essential for addressing current healthcare challenges, promoting preventive care, and ensuring equitable access to health services.
